LianLian Global Leads Cross-Border Payment Solutions at Money20/20 Asia 2024

Money20/20, the world’s premier fintech event, took place in Bangkok, Thailand, in April 2024, bringing together thousands of finance industry leaders, including major banks, payment companies, leading tech firms, investors, and Asia’s top five regulatory agencies for innovation. Established in 2011, Money20/20 plays a significant role in advancing innovation across payments, fintech, and financial services. Money20/20 2024 highlighted the latest trends, technologies, and strategies shaping the future of fintech and financial services.

From April 23-25, 2024, LianLian Global was also present at Money20/20 Asia 2024, where it showcased the latest advancements in cutting-edge technology, alongside industry giants such as Google, Citi, and JP Morgan.

This marked the fifth time LianLian Global participated in Money20/20, bringing a suite of breakthroughs in digital payment. These innovations included advanced digital technologies, integrated cross-border commerce solutions, and a robust global licensing framework. Through its exhibit, LianLian Global reaffirmed its superior international service capabilities.

During the event, Mr. Tim Shen, Co-CEO of LianLian Global, announced the "Go Global" initiative. Key executives from Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Singapore, and other regions in Asia were also present, presenting on the company’s growth in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong and its market-driving initiatives in these regions.

LianLian Global is committed to supporting international businesses in expanding their global markets, with strict adherence to international regulations as a top priority. The company pursues a strong global expansion strategy focused on core markets in Europe and the U.S., while also leveraging opportunities from the Belt and Road Initiative and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), targeting fast-growing markets in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Until September 2023, LianLian Global had obtained 64 payment licenses and certifications across seven key markets: mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the U.S., the U.K., Thailand, and Indonesia. The company has also established 16 overseas offices across nine countries and regions, staffed with highly skilled local teams.

Looking ahead, LianLian Global plans to further expand its investments and strengthen global partnerships, aiming to enhance its international market presence.
