We take the security of your account information very seriously. To change your account security settings, go to the "Home" page of your LianLian Global account. Click on your username in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then choose the "Settings" option.

Please follow the steps below to change your security information:
Changing Password:
To change the "Password", you select "Change" next to the "Login Password" section. You need to enter the current password, the new password, and confirm the new password.
Note: The password must be at least 8 characters long, with 2 letters (a, A, B,...), numbers, and special characters (/, &, $, @, #,...).

Changing Email address:
To change the 'Email', you select 'Change' next to the 'Email address' section. After entering the new Email address, please enter the verification code sent to the new Email to complete this change.

Changing Phone number:
To change your "Phone Number", you select "Change" next to the "Phone Number" section. After entering the new Phone Number, please enter the verification code sent to the new Phone Number to complete this change.
Note: Your phone number is used for "Two-factor authentication" for important transaction activities and to verify your identity.
