Step 1: Prepare the Email

Subject: Request to Change OTP Delivery Method  - User ID

Content: Request to change the OTP delivery method from Email to Phone Number / from Phone Number to Email.

Please clearly state the Reason and provide both your Email Address and Phone Number.

Attachments:

A photo of the identity document used to register your LianLian account (both sides of the Citizen ID Card or Passport)

A portrait photo (holding a piece of paper showing the current date)
