Step 1: Prepare the Email
Subject: Request to Lock/Unlock Account - User ID
Content: State the reason for locking/unlocking the account.
Please clearly provide your Email Address and Phone Number.
Attachments:
A photo of the identity document used to register your LianLian account (both sides of the Citizen ID Card or Passport)
A portrait photo (holding a piece of paper showing the current date)
Step 2: Send an Email to support-vn@lianlianglobal.com

Step 3: Once the account has been successfully locked/unlocked, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
