If you want to change the display name on the Bank Statement generated by the LianLian Global system, please follow these steps:

Note: After a successful change, any Bank Statement issued by the system will automatically update with the new information. The old information will no longer be used.

Step 1: Prepare the following documents:

A screenshot of your account information on the e-commerce platform: It must clearly display the account holder's name matching the name you want to appear on the Bank Statement.

For example: If you want to change the display name to "Nguyen Van A", then the screenshot of the Amazon e-commerce account must show the account holder's name as "Nguyen Van A."

Documents proving that the name you wish to change is UBO or the legal representative of the business you used to register the account at LianLian Global.

Step 2: Contact the Account Management team of LianLian Global for assistance in checking, updating information, and making changes in the system.
