Step 1: After creating a receiving account with the appropriate currency and corresponding country, go to the LianLian Global dashboard, select "Receive," and then view the "Details" of the VBA for PHP or IDR currency based on the country where you are operating your business on Shopee.

Step 2: In the "Funding Source" section, select "Add new funding source."

Step 3: Choose Tokopedia as the payment source.

Step 4: Add the link to your store on the TikTok Shop platform and select "Submit." The funding source will be verified and approved by LianLian.

Step 5: On Tokopedia’s Seller Center page, click "Manage Orders" > "Completed" > "Export Orders" to download the detailed file to your computer.

Step 6: Log into your LianLian Global account, select "Receive," and then view the "Details" of the VBA for IDR currency.

Step 7: In the "Funding Source" section, under the verified payment source for your Tokopedia store, click "Upload."

Step 8: In the "Funding Source" section, under the verified payment source for your Shopee store, click "Upload."

Step 9: Proceed to upload all the files just downloaded from the Shopee Seller Center in Step 6. Click "Submit" and wait for the review of the new limit.

The system will proceed to update the limit; after the update is successfully completed, you will be able to receive money from the funding source according to the new limit.

Note:

• If your application is rejected, please contact our Account Managers for support.
• Within 6 hours after the system confirms the successful update of the limit, the funds from your store will be automatically transferred to the LianLian account, provided that the new limit is greater than the amount received.
• "Remaining amount" indicates the limit you currently can receive from the platform.

You can check the information as follows:

• File download and order history: Select "Details," go to the "Supplements" section.
• History of limit updates for receiving money by source: Select "Details," go to the "Transactions" section.
