Register for Company Account

Step 1: Access the LianLian Global website and select "Register Now" or register via THIS LINK

Step 2: Select "Company" as the type of business.

  • Email: Enter the email address your business uses. Each email can only be used once to register a LianLian account.
  • Password: Create a password between 8-32 characters, including at least 2 Latin letters (a-z) and 2 digits (0-9) or special characters.
  • Phone number: Enter the phone number your business uses. Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code. Complete the Captcha verification, then click "Check" to receive the code within 30 seconds. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone number.
  • Agree to the terms and click "Create Account" to proceed.

Step 3: Fill in the detailed information

  • Business type: Choose the type that suits your business model.
  • Company name: Enter the name of the registered company.
  • Registration address line 1 (required): Enter your company address or address on your business license.
    • If you have already made changes to the information according to the new administrative boundaries on the business license, please enter the new address.
    • If you have not changed the information according to the new administrative boundary on the business license, please enter the address according to the information before merging the administrative boundary.
    • If your company operates from a different address than the one on the license, check the box "My company operates from a different address."
  • About yourself: Enter complete and accurate information of the legal representative. Press "Send" to continue.

Step 4: The system will immediately send a verification email to the address you registered. Click "Confirm Email" to verify your email.

  • If you don’t receive the email, click "Resend" on the main screen. Check your spam folder as well.

Step 5: After verifying your email, go to the main screen and find the "Verify" button to verify your account.

Step 6: Review the company information you registered and continue providing additional information.

Note:

Website and online presence section:

  • If you ALREADY have a store on an e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Wayfair,…: Please enter the Store Link that you want to receive revenue through this LianLian Global account
  • If you are IN THE PROCESS of completing the store opening:
    • Please fill in the Login Link of the e-commerce platform;
    • At the same time, please upload a screenshot of the Email notification that the application is being reviewed from that e-commerce platform to the Additional Documents section. (Note: The Email from the e-commerce platform must be sent to you within 07 days from the time you register for a LianLian Global account).

The provided documents must have the full stamps and signatures of the authorized person.

Step 7: Fill and upload information about the company's Legal representative(s):

  • The provided documents must have the full stamps and signatures of the authorized person.
  • Color prints or notarized copies of ID/passport photos are not accepted.

Step 8: Fill and upload information about the company's Director(s):

Note:

  • The provided documents must have the full stamps and signatures of the authorized person.
  • Color prints or notarized copies of ID/passport photos are not accepted.

Step 9: Fill and upload information about the company's Shareholder(s):

  • You only need to fill in the information of Shareholders with 25% or more of shares.
  • If your company does not have any Shareholders with 25% or more of shares, you need to fill in the information of at least 1 shareholder.

Note: Confirmation letter

  • If the company has individuals who do not hold at least 25% of the shares but have the authority to influence any of the following matters, please complete the Confirmation letter according to LianLian's template:
    • Appointing, dismissing, or removing the majority or all board members, chairman of the board, or chairman of the members' council;
    • Appointing, dismissing, or removing the legal representative, director, or general director of the business;
    • Amending or supplementing the company’s charter;
    • Changing the company's organizational structure;
    • Reorganizing or dissolving the company.
  • If the company has individuals holding 25% or more of the shares, but there are individuals who do not hold 25% of the shares and have the above rights, please complte the Confirmation letter:
    • Individuals holding 25% or more of the shares: Do not need to be listed in the Confirmation letter, only need to be filled in the account registration form.
    • Individuals not holding 25% or more of the shares: Must be listed in the Confirmation lette, do not need to be filled in the account registration form.
  • If the company has individuals holding 25% or more of the shares and individuals holding less than 25% of the shares do not have the aforementioned rights, then it is not necessary to create an Confirmation letter.

Step 10: Fill and upload information about the company's Authorized user(s):

Note: In the Additional Attachments section, please upload the Authorized Person document (the person authorized by the company to register for a LianLian account) according to the form HERE

  • The documents provided must have full seal and signature of the authorized person.
  • Color prints or notarized copies of ID / passport photos are not accepted.

Step 11: Select a person to verify identity. Then, take and upload a selfie holding the ID card/Passport of the selected person to verify identity. When finished, click "Submit", LianLian Global will notify you of your account registration status within 1-5 working days.

Note:

  • The provided documents must have the full stamps and signatures of the authorized person.
