Register for Company Account

Step 1: Access the LianLian Global website and select "Register Now" or register via this link

Step 2: Select "Company" as the type of business.

  • Email: Enter the email address your business uses. Each email can only be used once to register a LianLian account.
  • Password: Create a password between 8-32 characters, including at least 2 Latin letters (a-z) and 2 digits (0-9) or special characters.
  • Phone number: Enter the phone number your business uses. Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code. Complete the Captcha verification, then click "Check" to receive the code within 30 seconds. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone number.
  • Agree to the terms and click "Create Account" to proceed.

Step 3: Fill in the detailed information

  • Company Type: Choose the type that matches your business model.
  • Legal Name: Enter the registered business name.
  • Address Line 1 (required): Enter the business address or the address on your business license.
    • Note: If your company operates at a different address from the one on the license, tick the box "My company operates from a different address."
  • About You: Enter the accurate and complete details from the legal representative's documents (Passport/Chip-based National ID). Click "Submit" to proceed.

Step 4: The system will immediately send a verification email to the address you registered. Click "Confirm Email" to verify your email.

  • If you don’t receive the email, click "Resend" on the main screen. Check your spam folder as well.

Step 5: After verifying your email, go to the main screen and find the "Verify" button to verify your account.

Step 6: Review the company information you registered and continue providing additional information.

  • Verification Documents: Select the document type you wish to use for account verification and upload the required documents.
  • Business Registration Number: Provide the registration number as stated on the business license.
    • In the “Memorandum or Articles of Association” section, you may upload the “Business Registration License” again if needed.
    • Complete the information and click "Next" to proceed.

Step 7: Review the registered legal representative’s information. Click "Click to start verification" to begin verifying the company’s legal representative.

Step 8: Prepare identification documents (passport/chip-based ID) for registration. If using a computer, you can verify directly using your camera, or scan the QR code with a smartphone for the best image quality.

Step 9: Follow the verification steps as instructed on the screen. To ensure successful verification, documents must be clear, not blurry, overexposed, or cropped. The frontal photo should be well-lit with no hair covering the face.

Step 10: Enter the legal representative's information.

  • Role: Select your role within the company.
  • Proof of Address: Use a utility bill (electricity or water bill showing your residential address), bank statement (with residential address), or other documents (rental contract, etc.) issued within the last 6 months, and upload the required documents.
    • Note: Ensure the documents are clearly captured, uncropped, unedited, and well-lit. You can upload electronic invoices instead of paper ones, but they must still be clear and unedited. If selecting a bank statement, upload all pages of the statement, clear and unedited, then save them in a PDF file to submit.

Step 11: Enter the personal information of the company's Director. Click "Next" after completing the information to proceed.

Step 12: Enter the information of other shareholders with 25% or more shares or re-enter the legal representative’s information.

Step 13: Upload identification documents as required on the screen and proof of address as instructed in Step 10. Click "Submit" to complete the information submission.

Select “Done” to complete to verify the account.

The screen will display a message that your account is under review.
