Step 1: Visit the LianLian Global website and select "Register Now" or register via this link

Step 2: Choose "Individual" as the account type.

• Email: Enter the email address your business uses. Each email can only be used once to register a LianLian account.
• Password: Create your password (8-32 characters), with at least 2 Latin letters (a-z), and either 2 digits (0-9) or 2 special characters.
• Phone number: Enter your business phone number.
• Click “Get Code” to receive a verification code. Complete the Captcha and press “Check” to get the code within 30 seconds. Enter the 6-digit code sent to the registered phone number.
• Agree to the terms and click “Create Account” to continue.

Step 3: Fill in the detailed information and press "Submit" to proceed.

Step 4: The system will immediately send a verification email to the address you registered. Click "Confirm Email" to verify your email.

If you don’t receive the email, click "Resend" on the main screen. Check your spam folder as well.

Step 5: After email verification, on the main screen, find the "Verify" button to verify your account.

Step 6: Fill in the information to complete the LianLian Global account creation:

Note:

1. First name; Middle name; Last name: Fill in the name with accents
2. English name: Fill in the name without accents
3. Take a selfie holding your ID (holding the front of your ID or Passport)

• Color copies or notarized copies of your photo ID / passport are not accepted.

4. Website and online presence section:

• If you ALREADY have a store on an e-commerce platform such as Amazon, Wayfair,…: Please enter the Store Link that you want to receive revenue through this LianLian Global account
  
• If you are IN THE PROCESS of completing the store opening:
  • Please fill in the Login Link of the e-commerce platform;
  • At the same time, please upload a screenshot of the Email notification that the application is being reviewed from that e-commerce platform to the Additional Documents section. (Note: The Email from the e-commerce platform must be sent to you within 07 days from the time you register for a LianLian Global account).
